What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work on a team to support customers with their day-to-day banking. Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service and build trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
- Get to know your customers so that you can help them understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Process a wide variety of customer banking transactions including opening new accounts.
- Work closely with your team to make progress toward meeting branch goals.
Qualifications
No banking experience is required – we will provide on-the-job training! Successful candidates will possess:
- Working knowledge of Windows
- Solid customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excited to be part of a fast-paced, team environment
- Eagerness to learn
- Experience with cash is a plus
