Rutland, Vermont (May 10, 2023) - Erin Small has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. She leads a team of banking professionals at the Bank’s Rutland branch to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families, and businesses in the community meet their financial goals.
Erin joined the Bank in 2021 as a Branch Relationship Manager. She has 20 years of experience in retail banking. Erin started her career with Citizens Bank and took on roles of increasing leadership responsibility including teller manager, assistant branch manager, and banker. She is also a notary public.
Erin is an active volunteer with the religious organization with which she is involved.
Erin and her husband, Matthew, live in Fair Haven, Vermont.
