About Denel
Denel L. Mcintire holds the position of AVP, Mortgage Loan Originator at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. He joined the Bank in 2020 and is based out of our Woodstock, Vermont, office.
Denel studied at the College of Vermont and Lebanon College. He continues to grow his expertise through various professional development trainings and has received his Series 6/63 Life and Health License through the state of Vermont.
Prior to his current role, Denel served as AVP, Branch Relationship Manager at our Woodstock, VT, branch and drive-up locations. Before joining Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, Denel held a variety of roles in financial services and customer support. His past roles include teller and then AVP, Store Manager at TD Bank and Residential Lending Officer at People’s United Bank.
Denel has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. His areas of expertise within home lending include working with first time homebuyers, construction loans, purchase loans, and refinance loans. In his current role, Denel helps customers throughout the state of Vermont achieve their financial goals.
In addition to his role at the Bank, Denel is a Police Officer for the Town of Woodstock. He serves as a Board Member for the Woodstock High School Endowment and Woodstock Recreation Center. He is a Member of Woodstock Chamber of Commerce, Hartford Chamber of Commerce, and Upper Valley Board of Realtors. He also serves as Treasurer for Youth Ministries Group.
