Kimberly DeSchuiteneer, AIF®, CRSP holds the position of SVP, Retirement Plan Coordinator at Bar Harbor Wealth Management. She joined the organization in 2020 and works in our Concord, New Hampshire office.
Kim is a graduate from the New England School of Banking and American Bankers Association Trust Schools. She became a Certified Retirement Services Professional through the Institute Employee Benefits School. She also holds the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary and maintains her FINRA Series 65 licensing.
Kim has more than three decades experience working exclusively with Retirement Plan Sponsors and Participants, having held positions at People’s United Bank, Citizens Bank, and First NH Bank prior to joining our organization. Serving clients in New Hampshire and Maine, she oversees plan design consultation, investment policy selection, and appropriate participant education for our employer-sponsored retirement plans including 401(k)s, 403(b)s, Profit Sharing, and Defined Benefits Plans.
Kim coordinates the service delivery with the Recordkeeping, Administration and Compliance groups. She ensures the employees of her clients are supported by providing on-site education, individual asset allocation review, distribution and beneficiary guidance and investment selection guidance to help them prepare for their retirement.
