Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Announces Promotions for 6 Banking Professionals in New Hampshire & Vermont

Bar Harbor, Maine (May 4, 2023) - Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the promotions of the following employees in New Hampshire and Vermont:

Amy Chamberlin has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Payment Solutions Sales Officer where she covers all branches in Vermont as well as in the Central and Upper Valley of New Hampshire. She joined the Bank in 2018 as a Branch Relationship Manager for the Bank’s branch in Williamstown, Vermont, and has 29 years of banking experience. Amy joined the Bank’s Treasury Services Team in 2020 as Payment Solution Sales Officer. She is also a member of the Bank’s Brand Ambassadors.

Shelley Griswold has been promoted to Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager for the Bank’s branch in Hillsborough, New Hampshire. Shelley joined the Bank in 2006 as a teller and later took on roles as a customer service representative and loan specialist. She was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and then later to Assistant Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager in 2019.

Shane Klardie has been promoted to Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager for the Bank’s branch in Milford, New Hampshire. He joined the bank in 2019 as Assistance Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager and has 17 years of banking experience.

Katherine Paine has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager of both the Bank’s branches in New London, New Hampshire. She joined the Bank in 2015 and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2019. Katherine was promoted Branch Relationship Manager for the branch located on Newport Road in New London in 2021.

Jarmila Silva has been promoted to Vice President, Branch Relationship Manger for the Bank’s branch in Concord, New Hampshire. She joined the bank in 2018 as Assistant Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager and has over 40 years of banking experience.

Kelly Spiller has been promoted to Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager for the Bank’s branch in Grantham, New Hampshire. She joined the Bank in 1999 as a teller and later took on the role of customer service representative. In 2004, Kelly was promoted to supervisor and later to Branch Relationship Manager of the Grantham location. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager in 2020.
