Woodsville, New Hampshire (December 17, 2025) – Kelly Guilmette has joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust as AVP, Treasury & Payment Services Officer. In this role, she supports Northern New Hampshire businesses using the Bank’s treasury management and payment processing services, building relationships, onboarding new clients, and developing strategies to improve efficiency, maximize cash flow, and reduce risk.
Kelly brings nearly two decades of banking, treasury management, and business development experience to Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. Kelly started her career as a Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President with Citizens Bank and Northway Bank in Northern New Hampshire. She then joined Service Credit Union as a Business Development Officer and Commercial Lender, spent three years as Corporate Cash Management Officer for Bank of New Hampshire, where she became a Vice President, and was a Field Account Development Manager for American Express. Most recently, Kelly worked for the state of New Hampshire’s Department of Health and Human Services.
Kelly is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and is certified in accounting.
Kelly has been an active member of her community as a former co-director of the Miss Berlin Gorham Scholarship Pageant, former president of the White Mountain Rotary Club of Berlin & Gorham, and previously served on the Board of Directors and finance committee for Androscoggin Valley Hospital.
Kelly lives in Gorham, New Hampshire, with her two children, Jordan and Kasey, and her fiancé, Steve.
