Bedford, New Hampshire (February 11, 2026) – Mike Justason has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s locations in Bedford and Peterborough. In this role, he will be responsible for leading his teams to drive growth and deepen relationships in both markets.
Mike joined the Bank in 2018 as a personal banker. He was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of the Peterborough location in 2019 and then to Branch Relationship Manager in 2020. Most recently, he managed the Bank’s Concord location in addition to its Peterborough location. Prior to joining the Bank, he spent 15 years working in the service industry.
Mike is active in the community, serving as the board treasurer for two nonprofits in Peterborough: the Contoocook Housing Trust, and the Cornucopia Project.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from the University of New Hampshire. He lives in Wilton, New Hampshire.
