Randolph, Vermont (July 26, 2022) – Nikol Ware has been promoted to Branch Relationship Manager for Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s two branches located in Randolph, Vermont. In this role, she leads teams of banking professionals to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families, and businesses in the community meet their financial goals.
Nikol joined the Bank in 2021 as Assistant Branch Manager for the Bank’s two locations where she now serves as Branch Relationship Manager. Prior to joining the Bank, she held payroll and accounting roles for organizations such as Washington County Mental Health, Batchelder Associates CPA, Green Mountain Pipeline Services, and Visiting Nurses & Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire.
Nikol earned her associate’s degree in Business Technology & Management from Vermont Technical College.
Nikol, her husband Eric, and her son Cooper live in Tunbridge, Vermont.
