Andover, New Hampshire (April 14, 2026) – Rebecca “Becca” Kulbacki has been promoted to Branch Relationship Manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s location in Andover. In this role, she leads the retail banking team to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families, and businesses in the community meet their financial goals.
Becca has nearly five years of experience in banking. She joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in 2022 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Personal Banker in 2023 before becoming an Assistant Branch Manager in March 2025 at the Bank’s Newport location.
Becca is a Brand Ambassador for Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, and earned her Sales Essentials Certificate from CFTEA in 2024. She is currently enrolled in the Modern Managers Certificate Program.
Becca is an active volunteer in her community. She is currently involved with the Kearsarge Valley Area Chamber of Commerce and previously worked with the Newport Area Chamber of Commerce.
