Manchester, N.H. (November 4, 2025) – Shane Klardie has been promoted to Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s locations in Manchester and Milford. In this role, he will be responsible for leading his teams to drive growth in both markets.
Shane joined the bank in 2019 and most recently served as VP, Branch Relationship Manager for the Bank’s location in Milford, New Hampshire, where he led a team of banking professionals to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families, and businesses in the community meet their financial goals. Shane has worked in banking since 2006.
Shane earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of New Hampshire, and holds an associate degree in business management. He is also a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and is an active member of the Greater Merrimack-Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Shane, his wife, Chantel, and their children, Chase and Evetta-Grace, live in New Boston, New Hampshire.
