Newport, Maine (July 8, 2026) – Tracy Glidden has been promoted to Branch Relationship Manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s location in Newport. In this new role, she will lead the retail banking team to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families, and businesses in the community meet their financial goals.
Tracy has nearly 20 years of experience in banking. She spent more than a decade with Key Bank, where she was a Teller and Personal Banker, before spending three years as a Personal Banker with Camden National Bank. Tracy joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in 2022 as a Personal Banker, and in 2024 was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager.
Tracy has a bachelor’s degree in small business management from Husson University.
Tracy lives in Dexter with her two sons, Brandon and Bronson, and her significant other, George Peterson.
