The first step in establishing your accounts and services is to work with one of our team members to decide what solutions will work best for your business. Your banker will work with you directly to establish your accounts and help you select which services work best for your business. Bar Harbor Business Online is designed to save your business time, money, and trips to the bank. From a single login, you can check your balances, transfer funds, pay bills, view eStatements, and much more. Watch the video below to learn how to get started.

Note: If you use Cash Management Services, see step 3 of this guide to learn how to Access Cash Management within Bar Harbor Business Online.




Our Cash Management tools offer solutions for streamlining your day-to-day money management. If you use Cash Management tools, you will have access to the Cash Management section of Bar Harbor Business Online. This video shows you how to log into the Cash Management Module for the first time.

Note: You may be required to use a Secure Token at log-in in addition to the steps featured in this video. Your banker will work with you to set up your token access if needed.




If you have multi-user Cash Management, you have the ability to add multiple users with customized access levels to your Cash Management account. This video explains how to add users so they can access the Cash Management Module within Bar Harbor Business Online.

Note: If you do not currently have multi-user Cash Management and are interested in adding multi-user functionality to your account, please email treasuryservices@barharbor.bank.
